Typically, MHT CET results are published 40-50 days after the exam. For example, in 2024, the exam was scheduled for the first week of May 2024 and the results were announced on 10th June 2024. In 2025, the exams are scheduled for 9th to 17th of April and the results are expected to be released by 17th June. Results are declared through a scorecard, containing the cumulative score, and rank of the candidate. Based on the result, candidates are eligible for a centralized counselling process (CAP) for seat allotment at SVPM or other participating colleges.

All the JEE Main qualifiers will be exempted from appearing in MHT CET. Moreover, such candidates can register for CET Counselling process for the final seat allotment directly.
