Hi Khyati,
Both the courses are same just the nomenclature difference. Both are degrees offered by Universities. Normally universities in India offer MBA, but Universities in Maharashtra offer MMS. Most of the MBA aspirants who plan do an MBA are normally confused them is to go for a MBA from a recognized university or PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from a college.

Yes in DTE process is also there in All India candidate quota which accept all exam scores (CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc). As they accept so many exams for only 18 to 20 all India seats, cutoff goes too high. Cutoff is 99.99 percentile (for all exams mentioned above) for general category. If any other query comment below.

If you are talking about the admission process then it is via DTE.
If you are taking about the study process and exams then there are so many exams that JBIMS accept. Majority of seats are under MBA CET exam. Only 18 to 20 seats are for OMS students.

Considering the last year trend, JBIMS accepted MAH-CET, CAT and CMAT scores. Exam scores other than MAH-CET were considered equal. So, if you are focusing on these exams, it's better to target for 99.9.
