If you are talking about Mumbai campus then you are supposed to fill the application at the time of paying fee as many students will apply for it and its first come first served basis.

MMS would start in mid of August mostly. Hostlers can arrange their food on there own or they can opt for tiffin service. For the lunch you have canteen.

The fee structure is followed as per the university norms. For the academic year 2017-18, OBC candidates paid around one lakh rupees.
