Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education prescribe the MPBSE class 10 exam pattern in the form of sample paper. MP Board class 10 exams are held in offline mode. The students are required to write the exam in pen and paper mode. To write the MPBSE class 10 exam, all the students are given two types of answer sheets. The first one is an OMR sheet which is for objective type questions. On the other hand, the students are also provided with the blank answer sheets to write subjective type questions.

Candidates who are unable to pass the MPBSE 10th exam can appear for the Supplementary exams. The MP Board will release the details of the MPBSE 10 th Supplementary exams after the declaration of the MP Board class 10 result 2026. It is estimated that the Supplementary exams will be conducted in June 2026 and the result for the same will be declared in July 2026. Students can also opt to appear for the MPBSE exam next year (2027).

The MPBSE 10th theoretical exam will last 3 hours, but the practical exam will only take 2 hours. The minimal passing score for subjects without practicals is 33, whereas the minimum score for courses with practicals varies depending on the subject. Within 3 hours, students must respond to every question. As a result, students need to manage their time well and finish the exam in the alloted exam.

Not at all The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education typically develops the MP Board 10th schedule after taking into account all public and state holidays, events, and so forth. Therefore, there is extremely little probability that the MPBSE class 10 exam date will change. But the state board may alter the MPBSE class 10 schedule that was previously announced if a pressing matter arises. The date of the MPBSE class 10th test has been declared. The Madhya Pradesh Board Matric exam will be administered by the board from February 5 to February 28, 2024, as per the scheduled date. Pen and paper exams will be administered.

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education prescribes the exam pattern for the students which also includes the duration of the exam. Through model paper, the board provides exam patterns of board exams. The board will soon release the MP Board 12th model/sample paper for the students. Once released, students can download it from the official website of the board and on our website as well. As per last year's exam paper, the duration of the MP Board Inter exam is three hours for each paper.

Yes, MPBSE has confirmed that the MPBSE class 10 and 12 exams will also be conducted Twice a year starting from 2026. In 2024, the Ministry of Education (MoE) stated that Board exams will be conducted twice a year from the session 2024. The main objective to hold the board exams twice a year is to allow the students to retain the best score in the exam. However, recently, the board informed that appearing for both exams is not mandatory and is completely up to students' choice. MoE also informed that the exams will be based on the new curriculum which has been developed for the academic session 2023-24.

MPBSE class 10 exams are held for a total of five subjects. Each paper of the class 10 exam consists of a total of 100 marks. For subjects without practicals, the minimum mark required to pass the exam is 33, while for subjects with practicals, the minimum passing marks differ from subject to subject. Theory exams for the subjects with practical are held for 80 marks while the practical exams are held for a total of 20 marks. The students must note that the marks secured in MPBSE 10th practical exams will also be calculated while preparing for the final MP Board class 10 result.

MP Board prescribes the total duration of MP Board class 10 board exams through both exam pattern and time table. Usually, the MPBSE class 10 exam pattern is released before the class 10 time table. For a detailed exam pattern, the students are suggested to check the MPBSE class 10 sample paper released by the board. As per last year's exam pattern, the total duration of each theoretical paper is three hours. On the other hand, the total duration of MP Board class 10 practical exams is two hours.
The students need to complete the exam within the stipulated time. No extra time will be given to complete the exam.
