So far, for the MPBSE 10th exams 2026, the board has not made any change in the exam pattern. However, the board may update the exam pattern if there will be a requirement. Last year, the board revised the MP Board class 10th exam pattern. The number of short-answer-type questions (2 marks) is now increased, while the number of long-answer questions (4 marks) has been decreased.

No, the MP Board exam pattern 2024 for class 12 exams has not been changed. Last year, the board made changes in the MPBSE 10th exam pattern. For the 2024 exam, the board has released the updated syllabus on its official website. In MP Board class 12 exams, both objective and subjective type questions will be asked. At least 30% of MCQs will be asked in every exam apart from keeping the length of answers short. In case any change is made by the board in the exam pattern, we will update the same here. No, the MP Board exam pattern 2025 has not been changed. However, the MPBSE 10th exam pattern was changed in 2023. Last year, the board also decided to go with the reduced syllabus. For 2025 exam, the board has not released the updated syllabus yet. Further, at least 30% of MCQs will be there in every exam apart from keeping the length of answers short. Students are suggested to keep visiting this page for the latest update on the same. In case any change is made in the exam pattern, we will update the same here.

The MP Board class 10 question papers include multiple-choice questions (MCQs), very short answer, short answer, and long answer types. In some subjects, especially Science and Maths, diagrams and problem-solving questions are also given. Objective questions help in scoring quick marks. The MPBSE 10th theoretical exam will last 3 hours, but the practical exam will only take 2 hours. The minimal passing score for subjects without practicals is 33, whereas the minimum score for courses with practicals varies depending on the subject. Within 3 hours, students must respond to every question. As a result, students need to manage their time well and finish the exam in the alloted exam.

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education prescribes the exam pattern for the students which also includes the duration of the exam. Through model paper, the board provides exam patterns of board exams. The board will soon release the MP Board 12th model/sample paper for the students. Once released, students can download it from the official website of the board and on our website as well. As per last year's exam paper, the duration of the MP Board Inter exam is three hours for each paper.

MPBSE class 10 exams are held for a total of five subjects. Each paper of the class 10 exam consists of a total of 100 marks. For subjects without practicals, the minimum mark required to pass the exam is 33, while for subjects with practicals, the minimum passing marks differ from subject to subject. Theory exams for the subjects with practical are held for 80 marks while the practical exams are held for a total of 20 marks. The students must note that the marks secured in MPBSE 10th practical exams will also be calculated while preparing for the final MP Board class 10 result.
