If you are not able to appear your 12th board exam due to your health issue you then you should first inform your school about your health condition. Explain your condition to them with the help of your parents. Obtain a medical certificate by a certified doctor as a proof of your health condition. Reach out to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) with the help of school.

Or may be you can prepare for re-exam which is held in july. That will be the best option if you miss the board exam.
