Hello,
If such criteria had existed, the college would've mentioned on their website itself. One can pay the college fees easily by taking education loans. The college should ideally not care about the family income of a candidate. Still, you can contact the college directly for further clarification.

Hello! For MCA Thakur, Somaiya, Vivekanand are some good colleges. For MBA in IT, SCIT & SICSR (both in Pune), and NMIMS Mumbai are some good choices.

Hello,
Among the two colleges, I'd say choose Thakur Mumbai (TIMSR) over CIMP Patna due to the location advantage, ranking, and slightly better placements.
