Any correspondence hybrid programme will add value to your programme, if you are working in that industry, or if you are seeking a switch. Hybrid programs are for people who are working and do not want to take full time programme. Welingkar is known for quality education and you will find it worth. But, a Hybrid PGDM is not valued much. Instead take part time three years Masters (MS) from Welingkar. It will have much more value than the correspondence hybrid programme. MS would be affiliated by University of Mumbai. Dear Anjali,
Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.

St Xavier's, Mumbai offers B.Com only as an evening course which means you need to have a job for day time and then only you are eligible for it. As far as I know B.Com here isn't very great. You won't get a college life, as the evening college is kept separate form Xavier's usual curriculum.
