Hello Nainika,
Your good grades don't make a difference to your chances of getting admission in St. Xaviers for BMS. Your marks in entrance test matter. But, they alone aren't enough.
There are total 60 seats in this course. And only 13 are reserved for the General category. Hence, getting into this college is very difficult. You need to fight since you are a Hindu and a resident of a state other than Maharashtra, I assume. Christians and Maharashtrians are given preference.

Yes, there are colleges in Mumbai University. Those range between 2-3 Lacs for two years. So, without any hesitation, please keep your preparation ATIT best.

Hi Sanket, Admission is through centralized counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) based on rank/ score in MHT-CET/ JEE Mains. It is difficult to confirm the cut off as it varies every year.
