Hi Riya,
The cut-off range of St. Xavier's College is 84% to 95% which changes according to your stream. The cut-off for christian minority would be much less than the general cutoff. For minority - PCM combination doesn't have a very high cut-off, specially for minority category students. If they get above 60%, I think they should be able to get admission just fine. Chances of rejection is likely, because you already have a Masters, you can first email the universities and evaluate your chances. Many universities have admission representatives, you should get in touch with them directly.
