For B.Ed, you must have 50% marks in your graduation. However, if you are from OBC or SC, ST category. You can then apply with 40%.

If you reside in Mumbai then you may not get to avail the distance education module since they would check your address for proof reasons and may not allow.

Amity University, Mumbai is a UGC certified college and shifting to another college won't be a problem. Whereas, I will personally suggest not to shift the college as Amity University, Mumbai offers a very well planned and elaborate course with great opportunities and exposure for the students.
