Yes, degree from Kalinga University is good for job but still, it depends on what type of job do you want whether you meet the requirements of the company or not. So, as per my idea, have confidence on yourself go for the job.

You can try for the admission in colleges affiliated to Mumbai University for BM. As you are from ISC Board, you will get admission with this percentage too. So, you can try, may be you will get admission.

 No, there is no other way to get admission in ICT, Mumbai other then JEE and MHCET. Here admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) for the 70% of the total seats (reserved for Maharashtra state candidates only). Admission for the remaining 30% of the seats (All India seats) is through counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains. And if you think of Management quota seats then there is NO management quota for ICT Mumbai.
