Hi Eapsita Roy,
An independent Event Manager don't need any age barrier to start a career. As per my knowledge, if you have passed 10th exam, then you are eligible to get an admission there.

Hello!
As of now, there is no specific college dedicated anywhere to teach Digital Marketing. You can pursue online courses from Udemy, Coursera, edX, etc. To get a good understanding about it. Moreover, these courses are available at affordable prices especially on Udemy.

You can certainly take admission in Mumbai University for BBA for 2nd year. As per the information I have, changing the university is very much possible. In case Mumbai University's college, whichever you wish to choose, has lateral entry option. So, you can check which colleges offer lateral entry .
Hope it helps!

The distance learning programs like engineering Diploma and undergraduate courses are not valid as per the AICTE guidelines. Hence, do not do these. Further, you can search for part-time Diploma/regular Diploma programme for upgradation.
