I think you should first specify either private or government colleges. For electrical engineering, there are good private colleges like SRM VITEE etc. And, in Maharashtra some government colleges are also good.

The placement percentage is nearly 100%. The average package is good, and it is about INR. 6.5 LPA for marketing, INR. 7.5 LPA for finance and INR. 6.5 LPA again for operations.
