Yes, you can go for BBA in Ahmedabad, just check some parameters while choosing like curriculum, placements, teacher student ratio.
Do check the eligibility of the colleges in which you want to take admission.

There are many colleges which offer a course in biotechnology in Mumbai. Some of the better ones are as follows:
1) IIT-Mumbai
2) St. Xavier's
Reviews of RJ College are quite positive. Hostel facilities are not available. However, the overall infrastructure is rated good. College fee is very affordable and the teaching faculty is competent enough to prepare the students for the industry. Overall, a good choice.

Hello Shekhar! Apart from the top 6-10 colleges through the CET exam, the others are not really worth pursuing MMS/MBA. So no great scope, in terms of the overall learning exposure and placements.
