Cutoffs change every year. Previous year for general category, the overall cut-off was 97%ile with 91%ile in each section.
The cut-offs show how niche NITIE is, but just to get things in perspective, NITIE is one of the best colleges in supply chain and operations in India, arguably the best at that. For 2016, the highest package was 37 LPA and the average package being 16 LPA. Chances are if you are an above average student at NITIE, you can easily bag 20 LPA paycheque. Hi, for BE IT course, in general category you should score around 95-100 marks in MHCET. However, in JEE, you should score more than that. Actually, marks scored are different for different categories. There are many categories under MHCET.
