Domicile quota is usually in government colleges private colleges don't really have a problem taking people from outside Mumbai.

You can definitely try for the admission for MMS in LLIM. But as you had already got admission for PGDM and I guess that the lectures have already been started. So, my suggestion is to don't waste your time and continue with your PGDM course.

Check the courses available and choose the desired one. IGNOU provides weekend classes also. You can study at home and give exams.
