No, with these marks, you can't get the college you want. So, you can change your choice of colleges or you may take drop and again give entrance exam.

Yes, you can definitely take admission in ICT-Mumbai and as per your rank, your chances are pretty good for getting that institute. All you have to do is to apply for the DTE Maharashtra.

Hello Kartik,
VJTI, Mumbai fills its seats via MHCET, not via JEE Mains so you need to attempt MHCET and need to score more than 130 marks to get there.
