Most of the diploma colleges in Maharashtra admit students via Centralised Admission Process (CAP). However, following colleges do not participate in CAP, but conduct separate admissions and you need to apply to each of them separately.

Hi,
MBA is a higher education and many of the colleges don't intake the candidates according to previous degree percentage. But 50% aggregate is must for any higher education. Mostly you should write entrance exams.

Sorry to say but you cannot get admission with this score in an architecture college because a score of above 90 is considered in NATA for admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.

If you belong to Maharashtra then you'll get admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture through NATA and class 12th boards percentage. But, if you are from other state then there are some seats which you can fetch through JEE Mains Paper 2 score and rank. They offer admissions on the basis of your NATA score (50% weightage) and class 12th score. In case of JEE Mains, you need to score above 240 marks to get admission over there.
