Yes, you can get a loan from the bank. You need to check with the institute if they have tie-ups with any of the banks or else, you can approach the banks with your admission letter and other relevant documents for the loan.

Many of the private college don't consider NIOS Student for their regular course. So firstly you need to contact the college administration asking your eligibility. If you are eligible, then the procedure is same as like of any other board candidates.
