No, NIELIT O-level is slightly more advanced than CCC. It is a one-year Diploma course that provides education in Computer Science and Engineering. It is nearly equivalent to a Polytechnic Diploma and is slightly tougher. In this course, students learn about programming, multimedia, ICT, etc. NIELIT CCC is a certificate course, where only a basic computer knowledge test is conducted, which consists of details about hardware, software, number systems, spreadsheets, word processors, etc.
