The total tuition fee for NIT Calicut amounts to INR 4 Lacs while the hostel fee stands at INR 36,000 and the total one-time payments are INR 30,000. There are other fee components as well in the total MBA fees atNIT Calicut however, they are yet to be revealed. Candidates are advised to visit the official website to learn more.

When appearing at their respective exam centres for the reporting, the candidates will be required to carry:

  • NIELIT admit card 

  • A valid proof of identity - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Student ID, any Govt. approved photo proof of identity. 

In the absence of the hall ticket and original proof of identity, the candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.

NIELIT examination centres are classified into five zones, i.e., the North Zone, North-East Zone, East Zone, South Zone, and West Zone. NIELIT examination centres are categorised into Primary and Secondary centres. 

The exam will be organised at over 120 NIELIT centres across India. The examination will be organised at all the Primary centres. The exam centres are based on the number of candidates who are taking the exam. Also, it is to be remembered that if a candidate selects one of the secondary centres as the first choice in his/her application form, he/she will be allotted a primary centre as the second choice.

If you are not satisfied with the marks scored in the NIELIT O Level Exams, you can request a revaluation. Please note that you need to apply for the revaluation within 1 month of the declaration of the O Level Exam result 2025. The revaluation process at NIELIT involved a fee of INR 200 per question.

The NIELIT admit card will be published online. The candidates will be required to click on the official NIELIT hall ticket downloading link available on the official website. 

The login details for accessing the NIELIT admit card are the application number and date of birth. No other platform will be utilised to publish the admit card of NIELIT. Upon downloading the admit card, take a printout for further use.

No, NIELIT O-level is slightly more advanced than CCC. It is a one-year Diploma course that provides education in Computer Science and Engineering. It is nearly equivalent to a Polytechnic Diploma and is slightly tougher. In this course, students learn about programming, multimedia, ICT, etc. NIELIT CCC is a certificate course, where only a basic computer knowledge test is conducted, which consists of details about hardware, software, number systems, spreadsheets, word processors, etc.
