The process is as follows:

1. Check Eligibility:Review the eligibility criteria for the O Level course on the NIELIT website. 

2. Online Application:Apply online through the NIELIT portal, filling out the application form and uploading necessary documents. 

3. Examination:Appear for the NIELIT O Level examinations, which include theory papers and practical assessments. 

4. Project Work:Complete the project work as specified in the course curriculum. 

5. Certification:Upon successful completion of all the above, you will be awarded the NIELIT O Level certificate.
