Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences Gangtok is consistently ranked among the top medical institutes in India particularly in private sector. Institute has been ranked 34th in " Medical Category" by India Today. Whereas the institute has been ranked # 101th out of 150 in the overall ranking by NIRF. Also it has been ranked by Outlook - ICARE as 8th among top 23 private Medical Colleges in India.

The latest cut-off for MS in Orthopaedics at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences Gangtok are released by the institute and are as follows. The entrance exam accepted by the institute is NEET PG the overall cutoff for the general category is 18163. The cutoff of NEET PG for DNB General Surgery of Round 1 is 18163 and for round 2 the closing rank is 19188 and for the round 3 is 19574.

Yes, there are chances that candidates with 60% in their Class 12 can get admission to certificate courses at NIELIT Gangtok. The institute does not mention any minimum percentage criteria for admissions to certificate courses.
