NIMCET exam pattern will be released online by the authorities. Candidates will be able to check the details of how the examination will be conducted through the NIMCET exam pattern at nimcet.admissions.nic.in. To be prepared for the examination, the candidates are advised to check the exam pattern carefully to know the mode, duration, sections, marking scheme, etc., of NIMCET.

For NIMCET preparation, you can consult your teachers or someone who has already cracked the test. They can better tell you which books to consider for preparation. You must also check the year of publication and edition before buying the books. You must also check that the book contains sufficient questions and sample papers to practice.

Candidates with 100 rank can easily take ademission to MCA coure under OBC AI category quota. The required cutoff for MCA course through NIMCET for OBC quota stood at 109 for the candidates belonging to All India quota.

No, Candidate acquiring 100 rank will not be able to get into HNGU. The minimum rank to get eligible for the HBTU for MCA is,  52 for the General All India category candidates. Anybody who scores more than the minimum cutoff rank will not be able to get admission to HBTU. Check out cutoff for NIMCET from the table given below for General All India in 2024:

HBTU cutoff 2024 for MCA course has been released upto Round 3 seat allotment results, During the Round 3 cutoff, the HBTU NIMCET cutoff 2024 for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program stood at 52 for the General AI category. Similarly, for the OBC AI quota students, the cutoff is 109. For category-wise cutoffs, candidates can check out the table below:

Yes you can get admission to college's who have accepting NIMCET scores. It's depends on various categories like which category who belong to, the seats in that college in which you want to take admission like last year cutoff for national institute of Patna of NINSET for SC category is around 4175 and for ST is 7469. This varies from college to college and you can get easily admission.

In 2024, the closing ranks for MCA at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University extended beyond this rank, indicating a strong chance for admission.  Therefore, it is advisable to participate in the IPU CET counseling process.

In order to be qualified for the MCA NIMCET examination, applicants need to satisfy the following conditions:

  • Educational Qualification: The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/CA/Technology or Engineering with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a scale of 10 (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA in case of SC/ST/PwD applicants).
  • Mathematics/Statistics Requirement: The applicant should have studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the courses during his/her undergraduate programme or during 10+2.
