Sir, if I get any seat in IIT or NIT ot iiit and further I want to go to special rounds, will my previous alloted seat be cancelled?

If you get a seat in the special round, then your last seat will get cancelled. If you don't get any seat then your last will be retained. I don't know whether it will affect a seat of IIT or not as you can go for counselling of both.

IIT is not there in the special round, it is only for NIT and IIIT. Simple, you have to visit CSAB website the after 7th round and keep checking for the registration updates. Registration and choice fill up is similar as JoSAA.
