According to me, NIT KUK ECE is a better option than YMCA CS in terms of infrastructure, placement, exposure to industry, opportunities, clubs, etc.

You can try for GFTI colleges, new IIITs and eastern NITs or NIT Srinagar.

Yes, you can get NITs / IIITs if you have scored above 75% in class 12 or are in top 20 percentile of your board and scored good rank in JEE Mains.

It depends on your choice fill-up. You cannot get a good IIT with branches at this rank. You may get a good NIT with good branches except CSE. Mock seat allotment is just for the 1st round. Therefore, it's not an issue. You can wait for the further seat allotment.
