If you have crossed the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e. class 12th percentage criteria, then you can go for it. And, check your available possibility in NIT at josaa website, according to last year cutoffs. All the best.

There is total intake of 63 students in civil engineering in NIT-Durgapur, out of which, 32 seats are for students of West Bengal and 31 remaining are for other state students.

Fee Payment:
Candidates are not required to make any payment for registration and filling up of choices. To accept allotted seats, candidates must pay seat acceptance fee. The seat acceptance fee for SC, ST and PwD candidates is Rs. 20,000 and for others, it is Rs. 45,000. Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through e-challan at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) or pay online using SBI Internet banking.
Note: The seat acceptance fee mentioned above is according to the year 2016 fee structure. The fee structure will be updated once it is officially announced.

You may get a seat in School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada under female category and if you have a reservation, then you can definitely get the seat.

I think, you may not get good branch if you want to take admission in any of NITs but your rank will help you to get admission in other reputed colleges of your state or if you wish to go for NIT I will suggest you to take drop. Hope this will help you. Wish you all the best for your admission.

Please tell your category and Home state. Then he t will be better to tell. Though, you may get NITs but in ending and special rounds that too not good branches.
