I guess, AAT is only for pursuing architecture from the IIT's
For NITs, only your JEE marks are enough.
Is this the Architecture Aptitude Test you are talking about?

First of all, for getting admission in NIT, you should have 75% as minimum marks. You need 5% more for eligibility to get NIT.

At least 35K rank is needed to get lower branches, 20K to get core branches and below 10K, you can think of getting CSE. So, target for under 20K to get a good NIT.
