Hello,
Candidates who clear the IIT JAM 2019 cut-off will be granted admissions on the institutes of their choice through the counselling procedure of JAM 2019. There will be separate cut off marks in IIT JAM exam for General, OBC, and SC/ST candidates. The cut-off marks will be decided on the basis of the number of vacancies, the total number of aspirants appeared in the exam and previous year's cut-off marks. Based on JAM result, candidates will be admitted to institutes according to their preference in the admission form.

Sorry, but there is no chance to get an NIT just because you have low JEE score and of General category, of course. You can try for some good private college either.

Hello Ajay,
As per your category, you have to score below 15000 (OBC rank) to get any of the branches at MANIT Bhopal i.e. you need to score more than 90 percentile in JEE Mains.

I guess, you are eligible to apply for the college, because the cutoff is mentioned as 65+ in CAT.

You can take all NIT but if according to me please not take Sikkim side because the was not yet have many facilities.
