The fee will be around 2 lakhs for 5 years without hostel and mess charges.

The minimum percentage in 12th board exams for general category students is 75% while it is 65% for SC, ST and PWD candidates.

No, you are not eligible to get admission into any of the colleges under JEE counseling like NIT, IIIT, etc. You need to have atleast 75% in 12th board exams. Your 10th marks are not considered.

For admission into NITs, a minimum of 75% marks is needed for general/OBC category students and a minimum of 65% needed for sc category students, however considering your category you need a minimum of 130 marks in JEE Mains to get any NITs.

For admission into NITs, a minimum 75% marks are needed for general category students and minimum 65% needed for sc category students. So as per your marks, your chances are nil for NITs.
