Hi Suraj,
According to the latest notification by CBSE , student needs to have minimum 75% in class 12th or he/she needs to be in the top 20 percentile of there respective boards to appear for JEE Mains 2017 and from 2017 no 40% weightage will be given to 12th marks in calculating the final JEE score.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

I have doubts Manab that you will get into a NIT with these marks. You need to keep trying in other colleges as well.

Hi Naman,
With these marks you can surly get admission in some of the NITs.
Not only will you get NITs but with this good score in 12th and JEE score you can also get a seat in some of the best private universities that are offering admissions both on the basis of JEE score and 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on the basis of above mentioned criteria.
Check their websites for more details.
Good luck.
