as it iims accept only prestigious colleges student .
after that prefrences r given to state colleges

Manmeet, there will not be Any Spot Round this year as announced by JOSAA. This year, Seat surrender option has been reintroduced but with some significant riders. Surrender of seat can be done only till the end of third round. In that case, wastage of seats would be very less so no spot round will be conducted.
So, you should try for admission in good private universities before their admissions also are over. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria. Check the websites of some good universi
