Also an important point for the next year's admission at NIT, Warangal is they will accept the score card which will be generated in September 2018 or after that.

But you may get civil in NIT, Warangal, which is also a very good branch. But if you are only targeting mechanical, then it's better to have another option ready, because you are not sure of getting mechanical in NIT-W.
You also have a chance of sliding your branch in NIT-W, based on your first-year performance. My suggestion would be putting mechanical NIT-W as the first option and civil NIT-W as your second option.
