It depends on the year when you took admission in college. For example, for 2017-2021 batch it is Rs 1.36 lakh and it remains the same for all the four years. It may be possible that the govt rule of 10% increment in the fees will cost you more till the end of the course.

You need to be in top Rank to get CSE at NIT Warangal. The top JEE scorers always opt of either NIT-W or JEE advance. If they are successful in JEE advance then they migrate to IIT . But it's always better to get a very good rank , marks like more a than 270 will be much better that is the safe side .Though there is a slight difference in ranks for home state and other state. Closing may vary depending upon the cutoff.

NIT, Warangal is one of the best NITs to get admission in that you have to qualify JEE Mains with around 250+ marks out of 360.

Both are the NIT'S. But, ranking wise obviously NIT-Warangal stands top. It is one among the top 3 NIT'S. Go for it. It is the best college for any branch.
