As a current student of Manav Rachna, I would recommend you to opt Manav Rachna for B.Tech CSE. I am pursuing B.Tech CSE in association with IBM with specialisation in Cloud Computing. Apart from this, it also offers other industry-driven specializations including Business Analytics and Optimization, Cyber Security and Forensics, and Graphic and Gaming Technology. I opted for this B.Tech CSE programme at Manav Rachna because of various aspects. We have an option to attend one-week industry interaction programme at Bangalore. We gain experience of the live IT environment through Train the Teacher Programme, Industry Projects for students, and Expert Lectures. And another benefit is that we get certificates issued by IBM for various modules after successful completion. All these advantages influenced me to pursue my UG degree at Manav Rachna. And yes, Faculty of Engineering & Technology at Manav Rachna is among the top Indian Engineering institutions.

First and the foremost thing, if you have a JEE Mains rank wherein you can get any government college, go for that.
Next, let's come to the topic of JIIT, Noida:
JIIT has two campuses in Noida i.e. Sec-62 and Sec-128, wherein Sec-62 is considered better in terms of faculty, placements and overall stats.
So, is JIIT worthy of 12 lacs?
If you are planning for a private college, then I will recommend that JIIT is good for you. Spending same or more amount and taking admission in colleges like Amity, Sharda, etc., is no use.
JIIT offers a good campus (a bit small), decent infrastructure, decent faculty, good hostel facilities, a very nicely structured curriculum and yes, secured placement.
If you have fancy dreams about your college, then JIIT is not for you.
JIIT has a good name in Delhi/NCR. According to me, it's a good choice for those who have secured around 50K-60K rank in JEE Mains and are looking for a private college.
Spending 12 Lacs is heavy, but you'll be at a good place.
