It is tough to get CSE in JSS at this rank but you have good chances to get IT branch in JSS. Go ahead with counseling process and may be you will have to wait for 2-3 round of counseling to hear the good news. Good luck!

No chance, you should also think about other college options. But keep an eye on the counselling process, maybe in last round.
