NTT is Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training, is a 1 year Diploma course. The main focus of the programme is to cater to the training of the nursery (pre-primary) level teacher workforce in India. You can not apply for the Teacher Eligibility Test after 2 years of Nursery Teacher Training. The requirements for Teacher Eligibility Test is Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. After graduation, you must have done a Bachelor of Education.
