Both these countries, USA and Australia have extremely professional health services and offer good pay packages. If you land a government job, you will also get a lot of perks as compared to a private job. If you start your own nursing clinic you can also earn a lot just by private practice. Please check for your eligibility to pursue M.Sc in physiology from the criteria mentioned below:
Mentioned below are the minimum qualifications that a candidate interested in pursuing M.Sc. In Physiology needs to fulfill in order to be eligible to apply for the course.

Actually in TISS, its very difficult to get hostel in the first year. It is only given to differently abled and category students with low family income. So, yes, you can avail hostel at your own choice and there is no compulsion for that. Therefore, you can go for day scholars option.

The Admission Process for this course requires its applicants to register and apply online/offline with required information.
Step 2 includes Merit Screening, where admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam.
Eligibility for admission includes:
1) Candidate should have completed their graduation with a minimum of 55% marks. Subjects for graduation include B.Sc Nursing /B.Sc Hons. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
