Hi,
You can pursue Nursing Courses after XIIth as B.Sc Nursing. Then later you can pursue M.Sc in Nursing.

B.Sc. (Nursing): Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to pursue B.Sc Nursing course are required to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
B.Sc (Basic) - Candidates should pass 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and he/she should be medically fit.
B.Sc (Post-Basic) Candidates should pass 10+2 in PCB. Those who have passed 10+1 are also eligible for admission. You can do PG degree courses. Then, later doctoral courses.
PG degree courses like:
M.Sc (Master of Science in Nursing) - 2 years.
Doctoral Courses like:
M.Phil (Master of Science) – 1 year (Full time)
M.Phil (Master of Science) - 2 year (Part time)
PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) - 3-5 years.
OR
You can be a specialist in one of the fields of Nursing like:
Neurological Nursing
Ophthalmic Nursing
