Generally in India candidates who aspire to pursue MSc Nursing are required to have completed BSc Nursing and have at least one year of work experience.

Candidates cannot go for MSc Nursing without completing a BSc Nursing because MSc course is a continuation of foundational study which is there in BSc Nursing. So until and unless a candidates has not done BSc Nursin they cannot apply for MSc Nursing.
BSc Nursing provides essential clinical experience, theoretical understanding and also a nursing license, all of which are prerequisites for advanced nursing education.
