The 75% of attendance criteria of Universities is very strict for all Law students and only Principal can condone the attendance maximum up to 25% on deficiency ground, the deficiency is on account of bonafide exigencies, and was and was approved by the college attendance committee. So regular attendance is mandatory for LLB Course.

Sorry, as per the guidelines of Bar Council of India you cannot pursue it online and don't enroll in any college if it says that it will provide online degree because it is null and void.

Well, a law course is only valid if it's done in full time manner, as per UGC as well as bar council. So, there is no use, as the course would not be recognized, if it's done through a means other than a regular classroom 3 or 5 year course.

Legal Advisory- After LL.B, you can join not only corporate firms, but also organizations such as NGOs, individual law firms, Banks, Think Tanks (such as Vivekananda International Foundation), etc. Please keep in mind that you need to qualify the exam of Bar Council of India before you can do any of these. You can do it from any National University or Open University. But if you want to practice as an attorney / advocate, then your degree won't be considered by Bar council of India, as the said institute does not recognise the law degree taken from correspondence / distance / online course.
