With this rank, you may get IEM ECE if you go up to the 3rd counselling. Else, you will get Heritage. Both of them are one of the best colleges in Bengal. Also, I will suggest you go for the private colleges only as the government colleges (except Jadavpur University) are in very bad condition (infrastructure, placement, locations, etc.).
