Yes, you can select float option but for that also you have to visit the reporting center. You have to attend the reporting center if you want any college through JoSAA. You have to go to the allotted reporting center as per mentioned on JoSAA website.

As per the Bar Council of India rule, you can't pursue it because it's a professional course. How can you get it done online? It requires a lot of effort and hard work.

It depends on every year but most of the times it is in the month of April or May's 1st week and they give you ample time of 1 month from the date of advertisement to prepare.

Sorry, as per the guidelines of Bar Council of India you cannot pursue it online and don't enroll in any college if it says that it will provide online degree because it is null and void.
