From the information available at this moment of time, the registration for JEE Mains 2019 is set to begin from first week of February and will close in first week of March. All other relevant dates are presently in the realm of imagination and are based on the experience of past year. There is no college which can give online Bachelor's in engineering. You'll have to attend the classes and your attendance should be 70% to appear in the exam. And
yes, you can get lateral entry if you have Diploma.

Hello,
TIFR GS is an entrance exam conducted in December every year. Till 2018 TIFR GS exam is pen and paper based but from 2019 i.e. TIFR GS 2019 Exam is online test.

According to me both are great. You can take educational coaching both online and offline. Online mode will help you in writing and comprehension sections. While offline mode will help you in understanding the course material.
