Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam dates of SSC CHSL 2018 on January 25 2019. As per SSC CHSL exam dates 2019, the notification along with the application form will be released on December 12 2019. Candidates can apply for SSC CHSL till January 10, 2020. However, the commission has also released the exam dates of SSC CHSL 2018. The application form of SSC CHSL 2018 will be available from March 5 to April 5, 2019 SSC CHSL
Tier 1 exam will be conducted on July 1 to 26, 2019 while tier 2 exam is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2019

There's lot of websites which provide free courses for fashion designing with Diploma, you could Google it, find a genuine one and there's some institutions websites are also available which can provide you the free course.

Yes, there are many online courses available now in India which provide certificates. Depends on the stream in which one wants to pursue courses from. Talking about my personal experience I am currently pursuing PGDM and have taken some online courses which is and are providing me certificates which are of great use.

If the deadline of TANCET has been missed, then you can apply for other MBA entrance exams such as CAT, MAT ATMA, etc. However, it is advisable to check which entrance exam is being accepted by the college you are aspiring to join.
