Hello,
You indeed have very good intentions. But, as you must have guessed, you cannot do two regular courses simultaneously. This is so, since you cannot attend two classes at the same time. I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU, go through it and select any course that you like.

Have you seen any engineer that studied at home and became successful? What is the need for such colleges if one can pursue a BE from home? Would you be able to learn and conduct practicals at home? Short Answer, YOU CAN NOT. The best option for you is to pursue a regular B.Tech/B.E. From a recognised college after taking admission through lateral entry.

Even though your aim is high and good, there are certain criteria that need to be fulfilled before one is allowed to write AMIE certification exam. All the required information is available on their website. You are otherwise eligible but provided you have obtained minimum required marks.
