COMEDK counselling is taken online only, you have to fill colleges of your choice and later on you can appear for document verification in Bangalore. Hope you got your answer.

There is only one college in Hyderabad, which offers this certification course. Further, siksha.com had made a list of colleges which offer and this one appears in the fore. All the best, it is a good subject, but sad, many colleges don't offer it.

I would like to suggest Etoos in comparison with Toppr or Byju's. Etoos is better because it has good faculty members for online teaching such as Mc Sir, Nv Sir, etc.
