NIET Greater Noida reserve seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories. These candidates are required to submit the category certificate in order to get admission under that quota. As per some unofficial sources, the NIET Noida seat reservation policy is as follows:
- SC: 21%
- ST: 2%
- OBC: 27%

The total seat available for the BPharm programme at NIET Noida is 100. Candidates are admitted in accordance with the sanctioned seat count. The institute shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. Moreover, NIET Noida may follow the seat reservation policy as prescribed by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

NIET Noida admit candidates to regular BPharm course based on merit in the NIET exam or CUET. Apart from this, it is also necessary that the applicant meet the required educational qualification requirement. Moreover, for BPharm (lateral entry) course, direct admission is offered. For this course, aspirant just need to have a Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 60% aggregate to get selected.

Bombay College of Pharmacy does follow the seat reservation policy set up by the Government from time to time. The reservations are applicable to candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specified by respective authorities.
