I think you should choose pharmacy or other medical course or you can do B.Tech or B.Sc in biotechnology because it is the combination of both subjects. Every student chooses the engineering course but only 40 percent are successful so it's your choice that if you want to become the part of crowd then go for engineering.

B.Pharmacy is better option for you an many students opting B.Sc after B.Tech so it has more crowd and B.Pharmacy has average good scope than B.Sc. So B.Pharmacy is better.

Yes, you can go for UPSC exam after your B.Pharmacy as this is also a graduation degree and after this you can appear for the exam of UPSC.
